Islamabad to Chilas via Babusar

Start early from Islamabad and drive through the green valleys of Kaghan. If open, cross Babusar Pass for sweeping mountain views. Arrive in Chilas by evening  your first step into Gilgit-Baltistan. Overnight in Chilas.

Chilas to Fairy Meadows

Drive to Raikot Bridge, then take a thrilling jeep ride up steep, winding tracks to Tattu Village. From here, hike 2–3 hours through alpine meadows to Fairy Meadows, with Nanga Parbat’s snowy peak dominating the skyline. Overnight in Fairy Meadows.

Trek to Nanga Parbat Base Camp

Wake to a mountain sunrise. Trek (or ride a pony) 3–4 hours to Nanga Parbat Base Camp. Pass glaciers and wildflower meadows along the way. Return to Fairy Meadows for a cozy night under the stars.

Relax at Fairy Meadows

A slow day to soak in the beauty. Wander flower-filled paths, enjoy short hikes, or relax by a campfire. Optional photography sessions with the mountain as your backdrop. Overnight in Fairy Meadows.

Fairy Meadows to Gilgit

Hike back to Tattu Village and descend by jeep to Raikot. Continue by road to Gilgit, the region’s historic hub. Visit the Kargah Buddha if time allows. Overnight in Gilgit.

Naltar Valley Day Trip

Take a rugged mountain road into Naltar Valley. See the jewel-like Satrangi, Blue, and Green Lakes. Enjoy a picnic by the water before returning to Gilgit. Overnight in Gilgit.

Drive back through valleys and mountain passes. Arrive in Islamabad with unforgettable memories and a camera full of moments worth keeping.
