Day 1 ARRIVAL DAY IN ISLAMABAD

Welcome to Pakistan! Your adventure for the Spantik peak Base Camp trek begins upon your arrival at Islamabad. One of our team members will be waiting for you at the Islamabad Airport with our company card or logo, so you can easily spot them. Please make sure to share your flight details with us 3-4 days before your arrival. Our staff will assist you and transfer you to a comfortable partner hotel near the beautiful Margalla Hills in Islamabad. Once you arrive at the hotel, you can relax and rest after your journey. If you arrive late, you’ll have the opportunity to settle your dues and go over the trip details in Skardu.

Day 2 ISLAMABAD TO SKARDU FLIGHT (2,230m) 45 MINUTES:

Today, we will take an early flight from Islamabad to Skardu. The flight offers incredible views of the Himalayas and Karakoram ranges, with Nanga Parbat standing out as one of the most impressive peaks in the region. Upon arriving in Skardu, our team will be at the airport to greet you and take you to a comfortable partner hotel. If we arrive early, you’ll have plenty of time to relax and explore the local bazaar or enjoy the scenic surroundings of

Day 3 SIGHTSEEING & PREPARATION DAY, SKARDU:

Today is a rest and acclimatization day in Skardu, a beautiful town situated along the Indus River and surrounded by stunning mountains. After a delicious breakfast, we will take a short hike to Kharpocho Fort, just a few hundred meters from the Skardu Bazaar. The fort offers spectacular views of the Indus River, Skardu, and the surrounding mountains.In the afternoon, you can relax, check your trekking gear, or head to the local bazaar if you need to buy anything or simply enjoy some sightseeing. Throughout the day, our guide will be there to assist you. Meanwhile, our office team in Skardu will take care of any necessary paperwork, which usually gets done within the day, but sometimes may take a bit longer.   Accommodation:

Day 4 DRIVE TO ARANDU (2,950m) 7 HOURS DRIVE:


you’ll begin your journey with a jeep ride to Braldu Village. Along the way you’ll pass the well-known Hot Sulphur Springs (Chu Tron) where natural hot water pools are popular for relaxing baths. The road winds through the valley to the scenic village of Doko, where your trek begins.From Doko you’ll hike to Arandu the last village before reaching the Chogo Lungma Glacier. The trail starts gently taking you through peaceful walnut groves and continues with ups and downs along the hillside offering great views of farmlands and villages across the river.The walk to Sesko Village is easy and enjoyable, but beyond Sesko, the path becomes more difficult due to loose stones and areas affected by landslides, so be prepared for a bit more effort on this stretch.

Day 5: Trek to Choco Brangsa Camp (3,900m) 5-HOURS WALK:

Today will be an easy walking day of your Spantik Expedition. Khurumal to BoluchoI is a relatively short stage. Passing through the summer settlement of Gharincho and a small lake and enjoying the excellent views of Spantik and Laila Peak, we reach Bolucho, situated at the base of the Bolucho Glacier. We will camp on the green ground with fresh Glacier water around.

Day 6: Chogolungma Glacier Camp (3,960m) 8-HOURS WALK:


On the second day we’ll have a full day of trekking along the north side of the Chogolungma Glacier. The trail is a mix of rocky glacier paths and natural trails, offering beautiful views along the way.You’ll walk past small fields of wild alpine flowers, adding color to the stunning mountain scenery.We’ll set up our camp near a green hill, which is often used by local shepherds for grazing their sheep.

Day 7: Trek to Spantik Base Camp (3,990m) 4-HOURS WALK:


This morning starts with a warm breakfast before we hit the trail toward Spantik Base Camp. The hike is gentle and shorter than previous days giving our bodies time to adjust to the higher elevation.As we reach the base camp site, the atmosphere shifts it’s time to settle in. Our crew gets to work setting up tents and organizing gear transforming the open mountain space into our new home.With their job done. the local porters begin their return to Arandu leaving us behind surrounded by towering peaks and fresh mountain air. From here on, it’s just us and the mountain. Spantik awaits.

Day 8 - 23: Acclimatization and Climbing Period


While you focus on climbing Spantik, our support team will stay at base camp ready to help you with anything you need. A skilled expedition chef will prepare tasty and healthy meals, which are important for keeping your energy up in the mountains.As part of the climb, we’ll do at least one acclimatization rotation  heading up to Camp II or III and returning to base camp to let our bodies adjust. After that we ll prepare for the final summit push.Youll also have the chance to meet other international climbers and share stories. Evenings at base camp often turn into fun moments with local music dancing and warm laughter with our staff under the stars.

Day 24: Depart Base Camp


Today !we say goodbye to our mountain home at Spantik Base Camp. After weeks of challenge beauty and adventure it is time to begin the journey back down the Chogolungma Glacier. retracing the trail that brought us here.But before we leave, well gather for a farewell celebration with our amazing local staff sharing stories enjoying music and dancing under the open sky one last time. It is a chance to thank the team reflect on the journey and celebrate all that we hve achieved together.After nearly a month in the wild we begin our descent heading back toward civilization carrying unforgettable memories new friendships and the spirit of the Karakoram in our hearts.

Day 25: Arrive at Arandu Village and Drive Back to Skardu

Before leaving the mountains completely well take time to explore Arandu Valley one of the last villages of the Shaiger community before entering the Spantik region. Its a wonderful chance to meet local people learn about their traditions and hear stories passed down for generations. This cultural visit adds a special touch to your adventure connecting the climb with the rich heritage of the Karakoram.

After enjoying lunch well begin our drive back to Skardu. On the way we may stop at one of the area’s natural hot springs for a relaxing break.

Day 26: Fly to Islamabad

Today, we’ll make our way back to Islamabad. If the flight from Skardu to Islamabad is operating, we’ll be back in Islamabad on the same day. However, if the flight is canceled, we’ll travel by road, which will take about 20-22 hours to reach Islamabad.

Day 27: Contingency Day in Islamabad

Today marks the end of your adventure. After an amazing journey through the Karakoram, it’s time to say goodbye. Our team will assist you with your departure to the airport, where you’ll catch your flight back home.

Day 28: Departure Day


Well arrange airport transfers for team members flying out within the next 12 hours.Hotel check-out is at 11:00 AM on Day 21. If you plan to stay longer in Islamabad, you are welcome to extend your stay at the same hotel and just note that extra nights are not included in the package.As you leave Pakistan you will take with you incredible memories of theSPANTIK PEAK EXPD  a once-in-a-lifetime journey through one of the world’s most breathtaking mountain regions. End of expedition.
